BBQ Workshop and Dinner: How to Become a Better Grill Master vol II

It seems to you that you are already quite good at twisting sausages on the grill, but you don’t dare to take a step towards more demanding ingredients?
For the second time, a BBQ workshop will be held in the courtyard of the Old Hapsal Hotel, followed by an awesome dinner, the central theme of which is BBQ meat and vegetables. Not just BBQ, but the best you’ve ever had (ask the attendees at the last dinner if you don’t believe me!). You will be quided by the Estonian masters in BBQ 2021 and masters of Küpsekala 2022 – Dreamfire BBQ Team.
This time, we will start collecting tips and tricks on Saturday morning at 10 am, i.e. the first steps in achieving the best result. You will have the opportunity to experiment, get your hands on everything related to BBQ, all day long. You will get answers to your questions from professionals who have tried, failed and won in this world over the years.
Together we’ll prapare on Dreamfire grills meat products with different degrees of complexity and preparation method.
