From the collaboration of these two chefs emerges a true masterclass \u2013 an explosion of flavours.  <\/p>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Kitchen That Runs Like Clockwork<\/h4>\n\n<p>Watching the interaction and division of work between the two chefs is a pleasure in itself. Everything moves like a perfectly synchronised Rolex mechanism \u2013 fast, precise, and incredibly stylish.<br\/>I have seen all kinds of hustle in my own kitchen, but <strong>such pure and elegant kitchen work<\/strong> is something I have rarely, if ever, witnessed.<br\/>Roman and Sergei make no unnecessary movements; every action has purpose, and the result is simply exquisite.  <\/p>\n\n<p><strong>Even our son and kitchen assistant Lukas<\/strong> \u2014 who until now has carefully avoided mushrooms \u2014 praised Roman\u2019s Sicilian-style <strong>chanterelle<\/strong> arancini to the skies.<br\/>If that isn\u2019t something wonderful, then what is? <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oldhapsalhotel.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/DSC00132-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27050\" style=\"width:314px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A Room Filled with Laughter and Stories from Life<\/h4>\n\n<p>Between courses, Roman steps into the dining room to speak about simple things: life and family, the kitchen and cooking, mishaps behind the stove, children and everyday moments.<br\/>One would hardly expect that the head chef of top restaurant <strong>Moon<\/strong> would turn into a genuine stand-up comedian the moment he leaves the kitchen for the dining room.<br\/>The room fills with laughter as people recognise themselves in his stories \u2014 stories rich in honesty and sincerity, touching every one of us.  <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oldhapsalhotel.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/DSC00530-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27054\" style=\"width:498px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<p>Among the guests is also <strong>Wend, aka Priit Kuusk,<\/strong> whose very first \u201cjob\u201d as a chef \u2014 during the television series <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/jupiter.err.ee\/1127986\/koogikodanikud\">K\u00f6\u00f6gikodanikud<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 took place at restaurant <strong>\u00d6<\/strong>, led by Roman himself.<br\/>Listening to the conversation between the two of them, one could happily linger for hours: memories, humour, and an honest look behind the scenes of a top chef\u2019s life. <\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.oldhapsalhotel.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/DSC00216-683x1024.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-27056\" style=\"width:380px;height:auto\"\/><\/figure>\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Roman Today \u2013 A Master Whose Calm Is Contagious<\/h4>\n\n<p>The Roman of today is very different from the man who once led the kitchen at \u00d6.<br\/>He is <strong>balanced, warm, and carries an immense wealth of experience<\/strong> \u2014 a person who does not raise his voice in the kitchen even by a fraction. And honestly, there is no reason to: the day before, the team had catered for 200 guests at Moon, making our <strong>dinner for 42 guests<\/strong> a pleasantly calm change of pace for them.  <\/p>\n\n<p>Roman fills our kitchen with humour and inspiring thoughts. A passionate motorcyclist, he took a <strong>ride to Haapsalu<\/strong> a few weeks before the dinner to sense what might inspire the evening. When the f<strong>inest masters of their craft<\/strong> step into your kitchen and share their knowledge and ideas, it becomes something far greater than cooking alone. For our team, it is a celebration filled with l<strong>earning and recognition \u2014 culinary art is truly a beautiful art<\/strong>.<br\/>Thank you, Roman Za\u0161t\u0161erinski and Sergei, and
