Fencing is technical, requires focus, and is playful at the same time \u2014 making it perfect for developing teamwork. Our training sessions are led by Helen Nelis-Naukas, one of Estonia\u2019s most experienced and respected fencing coaches. She has spent decades preparing Olympic hopefuls, coaching top fencers worldwide, and developing training methods that help every participant quickly adapt, learn, and enjoy the process. <\/p>

      The 2\u20133 hour training begins with a brief and engaging overview of the history of fencing and its connection to Haapsalu, one of Estonia\u2019s key fencing hubs, followed by the basics of technique.<\/p>

      Helen has a talent for making the complex simple and playful \u2014 she creates a space where every participant feels safe and supported, even without any prior experience.<\/p>

      Team tournament \u2013 testing your skills<\/p>

      The training culminates in a team tournament, where participants joyfully put their newly learned skills to the test. The event highlights team strengths, collaboration, support, and quick decision-making. The tournament is always fun, energizing, and full of laughter \u2014 while also revealing who the team\u2019s most precise and skilled fencers are. <\/p>
